Kino Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for creating and providing the shipping label for the return. The returned product must be unworn and in good condition to qualify for a refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item. If the item meets our return criteria, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear in your account.

Exchanges
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. Customers must provide the shipping label for sending the item back to us. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will process the exchange accordingly.
