Dispatch Times
At Kino, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

UK Shipping
Once dispatched, UK orders typically take 2-4 business days to arrive. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and typically take 1-3 weeks. Please note that delays can occur due to customs processing in the destination country.

Customs Duties & Taxes
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees upon arrival in their country. These charges are determined by the recipient’s local customs office, and Kino has no control over which orders will incur these fees. Customers are responsible for covering any additional charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

If a customer refuses to pay their customs fees, the item will be returned to us. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the item but deduct the original shipping cost, as the failure to pay customs duties is the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
